Chocolate Caramel and Coffee Protein Shake

Ingredients

2 Scoops Chocolaty Whey Protein Powder
8 oz. coffee
8 oz. 2% milk
2 tbs. caramel creamer


1. Place 8 oz. brewed coffee and milk into a shaker cup.


2. Add caramel creamer. (International Delight Caramel Macchiato is my favorite)


3. Add protein powder


4. Shake well and drink
