Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops Chocolaty Whey Protein Powder
  • 8 oz. coffee
  • 8 oz. 2% milk
  • 2 tbs. caramel creamer

Directions

  • 1. Place 8 oz. brewed coffee and milk into a shaker cup.
  • 2. Add caramel creamer. (International Delight Caramel Macchiato is my favorite)
  • 3. Add protein powder
  • 4. Shake well and drink
