Chocolate Cheese Ball
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 T. light brown sugar
3 T. cocoa
1 T/ Kahlua or amaretto
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and butter; beat until well blended.
Stir in sugars, cocoa, and liqueur.
Stir in morsels.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or up to 3 days. Shape mixture into a ball and roll in pecans. Makes 1 cheese ball.
Directions for gift card:
Store in refrigerator up to 3 days.
Serve graham crackers, cookies or sliced fruit.
Pairs Well With
I have found mine doesn't set up to a ball. I grind up pecans, put it in the mix & use graham crackers to spread. So good!
