Chocolate Cheesecake III
3 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup sugar
3 ounces semisweet or bitter sweet chocolate, melted
4 ounces semisweet or bitter sweet chocolate, melted
1/2 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 300ºF.
In large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and eggs at medium speed until smooth and fluffy. Spoon half of mixture into 9-in. springform pan.
Stir chocolate into remaining cream cheese mixture until well blended and drizzle over batter to make swirls. Bake cheesecake for 50 minutes. Transfer to wire rack and cool. Place cheesecake on cake plate and chill for 2 hours, covered. Remove side of pan.
Frosting: in small bowl mix together chocolate and sour cream. Spread over cake. Chill briefly before serving.
