1 pkg German chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup shredded toasted coconut
1/3 cup butter, softened
2 - 8oz cream cheese
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl, mix cake mix, coconut and butter on low speed until crumbly.
Press lightly into ungreased 9 x 13 pan.
Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla til fluffy.
Spread over cake mixture.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla and spread over cheesecake.
Let cool and then place in frig for at least 8 hours.
