Chocolate Chip Banana Whey Muffins

Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

· 3/4 cup all purpose flour

· 3/4 cup whole wheat flour

· 3/4 cup chocolate Whey Crisps

· 1/2 cup splenda baking blend

· 4 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce

· 1 egg

· 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

· 1 teaspoon baking soda

· 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

· 1/2- 3/4 cup chocolate chips


1. Mash bananas




2. Add remaining ingredients except hocolate chips.




3. Add chocolate chips and Whey Crisps and stir




4. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.
