CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA WHEY MUFFINS

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • · 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • · 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • · 3/4 cup chocolate Whey Crisps
  • · 1/2 cup splenda baking blend
  • · 4 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • · 1 egg
  • · 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • · 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • · 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • · 1/2- 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  • 1. Mash bananas
  • 2. Add remaining ingredients except hocolate chips.
  • 3. Add chocolate chips and Whey Crisps and stir
  • 4. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.
