Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
1 (8 oz.) Package Cream Cheese
1/2 C Butter, softened
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 C Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
3/4 C Miniature Chocolate Chips
3/4 C Pecans, chopped
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy.
Gradually add sugars and beat until just combined.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Remove from refrigerator and form into a ball.
Wrap with plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.
Just before serving, roll ball in chopped pecans.
Serve with graham crackers.
