Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups (12oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Combine flour, soda and salt in a small bowl. Cream butter, sugars and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in preheated oven @375 for 9 to 11 minutes or golden brown. Let stand 2 minutes, remove to wire racks to cool completely.
