Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

Crust:
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
Filling:
3 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon flour
1/3 cup cocoa


Directions

Crust: Mix crumbs, cocoa, sugar and butter. Press into bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.


Filling: Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk, beating until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla and cocoa. Mix well. Toss 1/2 cup chocolate chips with flour to coat. Stir into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining chips evenly over top. Bake one hour at 300ºF. Turn off oven. Allow to cool in oven 1 hour. Remove from oven. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate. May top with syrup.
