Chocolate Cookie Semifreddo
2 sleeves cookies of choice
500 grams chocolate pudding
400 ml. milk
200 grams dark chocolate
Soak the cookies in milk for 2-3 seconds and place a layer into the pan you're making this in.
Spread a layer of chocolate pudding.
Top with another layer of soaked cookies.
Spread another layer of chocolate pudding.
Repeat this operation until you run out of cookies and pudding, which obviously, will depend on the size of your pan.
Melt the dark chocolate and cover the pie with it. If you wish, you can drizzle some milk chocolate and white chocolate on top, but that's optional.
Freeze the semifreddo for 3-4 hours and serve cold!
