- Preparation Time:
- 4 squares unsweetened chocolate (3 tbs cocoa + 1 tbs oleo = 1 square)
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 4 unbeaten eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- powdered sugar
- Melt chocolate.
- Mix sugar and salad oil. Then ad eggs one at a time. Add vanilla, sift dry ingredients, and add to chocolate mixture.
- Chill dough.
- Shape and roll into small balls, then roll in powdered sugar.
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
