CHOCOLATE COVERED COCONUT CANDY

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes powdered sugar
  • 1 can eagle brand milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cube butter, melted
  • 3/4 pkg. coconut
  • 69cent bag pecans
  • 1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
  • 3/4 sq. paraffin

Directions

  • Mix sugar, milk, vanilla & butter. Knead til smooth.
  • Mix coconut and pecans into bowl then add first mixture.
  • Melt paraffin, then add chocolate chips. The cooler the mix the better the set.
  • Dip balls in chocolate.
