CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
- 1 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 6 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons milk
Beat together the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until light and fluffy. Gradually add 2 cups sifted powdered sugar and cocoa powder, beatring well. Gradually beat in remaining powdered sugar until smooth. Beat in milk if needed, to reach spreading consistency.
