Chocolate Cream Filling
2 cups heavy cream
1/3 cup sweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup confectioners sugar
½ cup chocolate-flavored liqueur, such as Crème de Cacao or Godiva, or to taste
Use an electric mixer to beat the cream until soft peaks form. Beat in the cocoa powder and powdered sugar, then fold in the liqueur.

Use this on cakes, muffins, inside or out, donuts or any thing else you might want to spread or pipe filling. Must be keep in frig.
