1 Stick oleo or butter
1 C Flour
1 1/2 C Walnuts
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 C Powdered Sugar
1 lg Chocolate Pudding
1 lg Container whipped topping
1 C Nestle Swirled Morsels (semi sweet/white chocolate swirl)
Heat oven to 350 Melt butter in pan in oven just until melted.
Mix 1 C walnuts and flour, pour into pan, stir well, pack down into a crust.
Bake for 15 minutes then cool.
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar well, fold in 1/2 of whipped topping.
Spread cream cheese mix over cooled crust, spread chocolate pudding on, top with remaining whipped topping.
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 C walnuts and morsels over top.
Refrigerate until you serve.
Quickly refrigerate any leftovers in covered pan.
