Chocolate Drizzled Peanut Butter Cheesecake
1-1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted
3 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg. (10 oz.) peanut butter chips, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon shortening
Preheat oven to 300ºF. Combine crumbs, sugar, cocoa and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk then melted chips. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Garnish with chocolate drizzle. Chill thoroughly. just before serving, remove side of springform pan. Refrigerate leftovers.
Chocolate Drizzle: Melt chocolate chips with shortening.
