Chocolate Éclair Cake
1 box gram crackers
1 tub of cool whip
2 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 chocolate frosting
Follow directions on box and make the instant pudding.
Fold in cool whip.
In a large, rectangular baking dish, layer graham crackers, pudding mixture, graham crackers, pudding, ending with a layer of graham crackers. Microwave the frosting for 1 minute and pour over the top of the cake. Spread and let chill for 1 hour.
Tip: for firmness and a little less milk to the instant pudding
