Chocolate Eclair Dessert
2 pkg instant french vanilla pudding (can use sugar free)
3 cups of milk
1 8 oz container cool whip (can use sugar free)
1 container of chocolate frosting
Combine pudding with milk
Fold in Cool Whip
Beat 2 mins
plaace layer of whole grahm crackers in pan
Cover with 1/2 of pudding mix
Top with second layer of crackers
Spread remaiing puddig over crackers
Top with 3rd layer of crackers
In Microwave heat container of chocolate frosting at 30 sec intervals until just melted enough to be able to easily spread or pour onto the top layer.
Pairs Well With
This is a simple but yet very good dessert. It can be made sugar free with no problem. In laws always ask me to bring to our get together.
