CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg instant french vanilla pudding (can use sugar free)
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 8 oz container cool whip (can use sugar free)
  • Graham crackers
  • 1 container of chocolate frosting

Directions

  • Combine pudding with milk
  • Mix well
  • Fold in Cool Whip
  • Beat 2 mins
  • plaace layer of whole grahm crackers in pan
  • Cover with 1/2 of pudding mix
  • Top with second layer of crackers
  • Spread remaiing puddig over crackers
  • Top with 3rd layer of crackers
  • In Microwave heat container of chocolate frosting at 30 sec intervals until just melted enough to be able to easily spread or pour onto the top layer.
  • refridgerate

Notes

This is a simple but yet very good dessert. It can be made sugar free with no problem. In laws always ask me to bring to our get together.
