CHOCOLATE EGGNOG

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 3/4 c chilled milk
  • whipped cream
  • nutmeg

Directions

  • Beat the egg.
  • Add sugar, salt and chocolate syrup.
  • Mix well. add milk and blend.
  • Pour into a chilled glass.
  • Top with a scoop of whipped cream and a dash of nutmeg.
