INGREDIENTS

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 3/4 c chilled milk
  • whipped cream
  • nutmeg

DIRECTIONS

Beat the egg.


Add sugar, salt and chocolate syrup.


Mix well. add milk and blend.


Pour into a chilled glass.


Top with a scoop of whipped cream and a dash of nutmeg.
