- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a small saucepan, whisk together sugar, flour, cocoa, milk, and water. Bring this mixture to a boil over medium heat. Be sure to whisk constantly. Continue to boil until the mixture thickens. Stir butter and vanilla. Mix well and ladle over warm biscuits.
