- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
Melt butter, sugar, cocoa, and milk in a heavy pot. Stir continuously.
Boil of 3-4 minutes until it is at the soft ball stage.
Remove, and pour into a stainless steel bowl.
Beat til it thickens.
After mixing all ingredients, put it in the freezer for a few hours to thicken.
