Chocolate Meringues

Ingredients

4 egg whites, room temperature
dash of salt
2 cups sugar
1 cup Hershey's cocoa powder


Beat egg whites in a medium mixing bowl until foamy; add salt. Gradually add sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in cocoa 2 teaspoons at a time. Drop mixture by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto waxed paper-lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from waxed paper and cool on wire racks.
