Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

1/3 block of cream cheese
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp Stevia
1 heaping tbsp Cocoa powder


1.Beat cream cheese on high speed in a blender until smooth and creamy


2.In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream with wire mixer until it forms peaks


3.Add Stevia , cocoa powder and whipping cream to cream cheese.


4.Mix until smooth


5. Either place into the refrigerator to cool down further or place in freezer to make an “ice cream”
