Chocolate No Bake Cookies

Weight Watchers Points - 1 cookie - 1 pt.

 


INGREDIENTS

  • Servings: 26
  • 1 - 12 oz. bag of Semi Sweet Chocolate chips
  • 1 – sleeve of Fiber One bran cereal (1/2 of a box)

DIRECTIONS

Melt chocolate chips in the microwave. Add the cereal and mix until cereal is coated. Cover a 2 cookie sheets with wax paper, and drop by spoonfuls until you have 26 cookies. Put in the freezer to harden. I store in an airtight container in the freezer.


Remember these are very high in fiber, so limit to only a couple of cookies a day.
