Chocolate Oatmeal Cake
1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 14 ounce can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1 12 ouce package of chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts, chopped
CAKE: Bake in 12" round pan that is greased. Bake 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees. Don't overbake. Cool and frost.
FROSTING: In a double boiler over low heat mix mild and cocoa until well blended then add butter and vanilla as thickens beat with spoon at all times. Spread warm on colled cake and then chill.
