Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Pie

Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust (home made or store bought, whatever floats your boat)
2 heaping spoonfuls creamy peanut butter
1 cup peanut butter cup ice cream
1 12 oz. container frozen whipped cream, slightly thawed.
2 large or 5-6 small peanut butter cups, crumbled
chocolate syrup


Spoon ice cream into graham cracker crust & place in freezer.


In a large mixing bowl, stir peanut butter into frozen whipped cream. Mix until smooth. Pour in desired amount of chocolate syrup (2 tbsp to 1/8 cup) and mix well.


Pour cold whipped cream mixture into crust from the freezer. Garnish with crumbled peanut butter cups and place back in freezer until frozen enough to cut with a knife (approx. 1hr).
