  • Crust
  • 1 prepared chocolate wafer cookie crust
  • Filling
  • 12 oz cream cheese
  • 1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Topping
  • 2 Tbs sugar
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 oz bittersweet chocolate
  • 4 Tbs salted butter
  • ½ cup chopped peanuts (optional)


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Bake crust for 10 minutes, set aside and cool completely
  • Filling: With electric mixer mix cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and airy. In a separate bowl beat cream until stiff. Fold cream into cream cheese mixture
  • Topping: Combine sugar and cream in small saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add chocolate, butter, and vanilla. Stir until ingredients are completely combined. Cool mixture so it is pour able but not runny. Slowly pour topping over the pie and refrigerate uncovered overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours.
  • Garnish with peanuts
