INGREDIENTS

  • Servings: about 2 dozen
  • 1 c. semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. peanut butter chips
  • 1 c. unsalted, dry-roasted peanuts
  • 1 c. stick pretzels, roughly broken into 1" pieces

DIRECTIONS

Heat chocolate and peanut butter chips in medium bowl over a saucepan of simmering water until chocolate chips have melted and peanut butter chips have almost melted. Carefully remove bowl from heat (watch out for steam); stir in peanuts and pretzels. Drop mixture, 1 Tb. at a time, onto a greased or Silpat-lined cookie sheet. Cook until set, about 1 hour.

Didn't want to heat up the house as it's plenty hot and humid without adding to it! Anyway, these are wonderful! I'm definitely going to be making them again! I actually think I prefer this version over the chow mein noodle one! lol" Enjoy!!
