Chocolate-Peanut-Pretzel Clusters

Misc. Candy 

• Servings: about 2 dozen
• 1 c. semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips
• 1 c. peanut butter chips
• 1 c. unsalted, dry-roasted peanuts
• 1 c. stick pretzels, roughly broken into 1" pieces

Heat chocolate and peanut butter chips in medium bowl over a saucepan of simmering water until chocolate chips have melted and peanut butter chips have almost melted. Carefully remove bowl from heat (watch out for steam); stir in peanuts and pretzels. Drop mixture, 1 Tb. at a time, onto a greased or Silpat-lined cookie sheet. Cook until set, about 1 hour.

Remember the Haystacks? Well, this is the same, basically. Just a bit of a twist. I made some of these yesterday as I was in the mood for something peanutty and chocolatey!! Didn't want to heat up the house as it's plenty hot and humid without adding to it! Anyway, these are wonderful! I'm definitely going to be making them again! I actually think I prefer this version over the chow mein noodle one! lol" Enjoy!!
