I found this recipe while looking on several web sites. I cannot remember where I found it. It sounded very easy so I made it and it is unbelievably moist and quick. I keep the ingredients in my pantry 'just in case'. Hope you enjoy it. (You cannot taste the Pumpkin)


  • 1 box Chocolate cake mix
  • 1 15oz can Pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 can Cream Cheese Icing


  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9" pan.
  • Mix cake mix,Pumpkin,eggs and oil in bowl with electric mixer on medium speed for about 3 minutes. Pour into pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until center springs back when touched. Allow to cool. Spread with icing.
