CHOCOLATE RAISIN TRUFFLES

 

  • Cooking Time: 1-2 minutes
  • Servings: 2 1/2 dozen candies
  • Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups raisins
  • Non-pareils, sprinkles, and/or ground nuts (these can be alternated)

Directions

  • In a micro-wave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips at 70% power (1-2 mins)
  • Stir in corn syrup sugar, and vanilla until smooth
  • Add raisins, stir until coated
  • Drop by teaspoonfuls into nuts and/or sprinkles
  • Drop rolled candies onto buttered baking dish
