- 5 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, broken
- 3/4 c. heavy cream
- 2 TB port
DIRECTIONS
Combine the chocolate and cream in a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring until smooth and add the port- stirring for one minute.
Serve over crepes.
