Chocolate Stuffed Crescent Rolls
2 oz Bittersweet Chocolate
1 (4-count) pkg refridgerated Crescent rolls
1 egg yolk
1 Tablespoon Milk
2 Tablespoons Sugar
Cut the chocolate into four pieces about 3" long.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and seperate. Place 1 piece of chocolate at the wide end of each piece of dough and roll into a crescent shape.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Mix egg yolk, milk and sugar in a small bowl. Brush on the rolls and bake according to package directions.
Let cool for 15 mins.
