CHOCOLATE TARTLET WITH A FLOWING MIDDLE

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 3.5 ounce runny butter
  • 3 ounce melted dark chocolate 75 %
  • 2.9 ounce sugar
  • 2.8 ounce flour

Directions

  • mix eggs,egg yolks and butter
  • add the chocolate
  • add sugar
  • add flour
  • stir till it is a nice creamy dough
  • take a bakingsheed but bakingpaper
  • take cupcake sized rings but the dough in there
  • Bake at 250 F for 8 mins maybe 10 middle should be still flowing
  • after baking them you have to cut them out of the ring very carefuly
  • I like to serve them with some fresh Berrys and Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Don't be sad if it doesn't work the first time it took me 3 times till i had the middle still floeing !! The ofen plays a big part thats why the time might change
