CHOCOLATE TARTLET WITH A FLOWING MIDDLE
Chocolate Tartlet with a flowing middle
i love this recepie a friend gave it to me I worked on it and changed it and now it is perfect.

INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 10
- Servings: 4-6
- Preparation Time: 10
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Egg yolks
- 3.5 ounce runny butter
- 3 ounce melted dark chocolate 75 %
- 2.9 ounce sugar
- 2.8 ounce flour
DIRECTIONS
- mix eggs,egg yolks and butter
- add the chocolate
- add sugar
- add flour
- stir till it is a nice creamy dough
- take a bakingsheed but bakingpaper
- take cupcake sized rings but the dough in there
- Bake at 250 F for 8 mins maybe 10 middle should be still flowing
- after baking them you have to cut them out of the ring very carefuly
- I like to serve them with some fresh Berrys and Vanilla Ice Cream
- Don't be sad if it doesn't work the first time it took me 3 times till i had the middle still floeing !! The ofen plays a big part thats why the time might change
