CHOCOLATE TOP CUSTARD TOPPING
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 egg whites
- dash of salt
- 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1 square melted unsweet chocolate
Beat the egg whites and a dash of salt until frothy.
Beat in the powdered sugar a little at a time until stiff peaks form
Fold in the melted chocolate
Drop in peaks on top of the custard
