CHOCOLATE ZABAGLIONE
Chocolate Zabaglione
This makes four servings and is good served with ladyfingers.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of rum
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 oz. semisweet chocolate grated
DIRECTIONS
Mix sugar, rum, chocolate and egg yolks in a bowl. Place bowl over a pan of simmering water and wisk for 6 to 10 minutes until thick and mousse-like. Pour into dessert glases and serve immediately with ladyfingers.
