Chocolate Zucchini Cake
2 cups flour
2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup Canola oil
3/4 cup Applesauce
3 cups grated or shredded zucchini
3/4 cups chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with Pam.
In mixing bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, salt. Add eggs, oil, and applesauce mix well. Mix in the zucchini. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in the preheated oven, until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool cake completely before frosting.
