Chocolate and Peanut Butter Mousse Parfaits
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup peanut butter chips
1 1/2 cups prepared chocolate pudding
1/2 cup heavy cream for garnish
Peanut Butter chips for garnish
Heat 1/2 the cream to simmering, add chips and stir to melt and combine. Whisk in the remaining cream. Refrigerate until cold. Beat just until soft peaks form.
Spread 1 tablespoon of the PB mousse into the bottom of each glass, then layer in a tablespoon of the chocolate pudding. Repeat the layers.
Beat the 1/2 cup cream for garnish, top the parfaits and then toss a few more chips on top. If you happen to have fresh mint in the your garden place a sprig on top.
Pairs Well With
This is so easy but if you put it in a tall glass it will look fantastic and your kids will think you're a professional pastry chef!
