- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
Mix sugar, cocoa and milk to gether over medium heat. Heat until mixture boils stirring constantly.
Add butter and vanilla - stir until butter melts and all ingredients have blended. Cool slightly.
Cover top of remaining graham crackers with chocolate (Chocolate Eclair Cake).
