- Cooking Time:

- • 3 c powdered sugar
- • 1/4 c sour cream
- • 1/4 c butter
- • 3 T milk
- • 1 t vanilla
- • 3 oz (squares) unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled
- Mix all ingredients at a low speed until combined. Beat on higher speed until creamy (frosting will lighten in color).
- Makes enough for a 2-layer round cake, including filling.
NotesThe sour cream adds a tang that tastes wonderful with the chocolate. I suggest serving it on a chocolate sour cream cake, if possible.
