- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 potatoes, cut up and cooked
- 1 can creamed corn
- salt and pepper (white pepper is preferred)
- 1 ½ cups whole milk
- Optional Additions:
- cooked whitefish or
- 1 can baby clams
- In a heavy bottomed sauce pan, fry onions in butter until slightly browned. Add the rest of the ingredients and heat through, DO NOT BOIL.
