CHRISTINE'S STEAK MARINADE

 

  • Cooking Time: depends on steak
  • Servings: depends on use
  • Preparation Time: 5

Ingredients

  • 1 c canola oil
  • 1/2 c soy sauce
  • 1/3 c red wine
  • 1 T fresh rosemary
  • 1 T fresh sage
  • 1 T fresh thyme
  • 1 T roasted garlic
  • 1 t kosher salt
  • 1/4 crushed chile pepper
  • 1/2 t ground pepper

Directions

  • Add all ingredients into ziplock bag, and add steaks
  • Push out all air and let marinate for 2-4 hours
  • Remove from fridge and let meat come to room temp before grilling or broiling

Notes

This is a great way to use up extra fresh herbs, easy and really tasty
