CHRISTINE'S STEAK MARINADE
Christine's steak marinade
This is a great way to use up extra fresh herbs, easy and really tasty

INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: depends on steak
- Servings: depends on use
- Preparation Time: 5
- 1 c canola oil
- 1/2 c soy sauce
- 1/3 c red wine
- 1 T fresh rosemary
- 1 T fresh sage
- 1 T fresh thyme
- 1 T roasted garlic
- 1 t kosher salt
- 1/4 crushed chile pepper
- 1/2 t ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients into ziplock bag, and add steaks
Push out all air and let marinate for 2-4 hours
Remove from fridge and let meat come to room temp before grilling or broiling
