Ingredients You'll Need

Ingredients
1 Cake mix
180g butter (room temperature)
Olive oil spray
1 teaspoon baking powder
10 Tablespoon Natvia
1.5 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 eggs beaten
3 cups self-raising flour
Pinch of salt
1/3 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup milk
Red & Green food coloring dye (organic)
Natvia Sugar Free Frosting for cake
2 cups low fat cream
2 Tablespoon Natvia
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Strawberry and Chocolate flavored Pistachio Christmas Tree Cookies
1 1/2 cups plain flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
125g butter (room temperature)
1/4 Cup Natvia
1 1/2 tablespoons Fangks Drinking Chocolate
1 1/2 tablespoons Fangksdrinking strawberry
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup unsalted pistachios (chopped)
Optional Natvia Sugar Free green Frosting for cookies
1 cups cream
1 Tablespoon Natvia
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
green food dye (organic)


Directions

Method


SERVES 8


Cake:


Preheat oven to 180C. Use Olive oil and spray base and sides of 6 round cake pans and then line with baking powder.


In a large mixing bowl cream the butter by beating it and slowly adding the Natvia until a light and creamy texture is reached.


Add vanilla essence and the eggs in slowly, further beating the mix


Sift flour, baking powder and salt together; fold in with the milk.


Keep mixing until all dry ingredients have turned into a smooth batter.


Divide the batter into 6 portions and then add the food dye in (3 red ones & 3 green ones).


Pour into round cake pans and then cook for 15 minutes.


Natvia Sugar Free Frosting


In a slightly chilled bowl, pour cream in and whip at medium speed until it starts to thicken.


Slowly add in the Natvia whilst continuing to mix the cream.


Once the mix forms soft peaks add in the vanilla essence and then beat by hand and then pour over layered cake and spreading frosting mix between layers of the cake.


Strawberry & Chocolate flavored Pistachio Christmas Tree Cookies


Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.


Divide all the ingredients except for the drinking mixes into 2 halves.


Sift flour and baking soda and then set aside.


Beat in butter, Natvia and Fangks drinking mixes until the mixture is light and fluffy, add in the sour cream and egg and beat until it is smooth.


Stir in flour and chopped pistachio. Roll out dough between 2 sheets of baking paper to 1cm height. Then into Christmas trees with a cookie cutter or knife.


Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and the cookies begin to firm.


Optional Natvia green frosting.


In a slightly chilled bowl, pour cream in and whip at medium speed until it starts to thicken.


Slowly add in the Natvia whilst continuing to mix the cream.


Once the mix forms soft peaks add in the vanilla essence and green food dye (one drop at a time and mixing until desired color is reached) and then beat by hand and then pour over layered cake and spreading frosting mix between layers of the cake.


Once done apply cookies against frosting of cake and continue to decorate.
