- 3 lbs ground beef
- 3 cups chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 1/2 c catsup
- 3 tbs. mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 29 oz. can baked beans
- 1/2 lb bacon
- brown beef with onions garlic and celery.
- dissolve boullion cubes.
- stir everything into meat.
- bake for 1 hour. or simmer on stovetop.
- fry bacon and crumble on top
NotesI have made these for many years now. Everyone loves them. This cool weather is making me think of making them again.
