Cilantro Mustard Sauce Recipe
1/3 cup sugar
3 cups fresh cilantro, stems removed
4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1. Place the sugar and cilantro in a food processor fitted with the blade attachment and process for 1 minute.
2. Add the mustard, lemon juice and vinegar and process until smooth.
