Cinnamon Butter Icing
4 tablespoons butter, softened
3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons heavy cream
In a small bowl, beat together butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth. Beat in cinnamon and vanilla.
Alternately add remaining 1 cup powdered sugar and cream, beating until smooth after each addition. Beat 1 minute longer, until spreadable.
