INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 1 hour`
- Servings: 8-12 people
- Preparation Time: 15 minutes
- 4 eggs
- 2 sticks margarine
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup coffee rich (or soymilk)
- Filling: 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
mix ingredients in the order listed above.When you are adding the flour do it 1 cup @ a time with 1/3 cup of the coffee rich.
Pour 2/3 of the batter in the bundt pan then put in the cin/sugar combi, then add the rest of the batter. Take a knife a cut thru the cake in a swirly pattern. bake, cool completely then put on a cake plate.
