Cinnamon Chocolate Cake
1 box (18 1/4 ounce) devil's food cake mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
1 container (16 ounces) ready-to-spread chocolate frosting
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour bottoms and sides of two 8-inch cake pans.
Beat all ingredients, except frosting, in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds or until moistened. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake 35 to 38 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pans 15 minutes. Remove from pans; cool completely on wire rack. Frost as desired.
