CINNAMON CRUMBLE PIZZA

Ingredients

  • 9 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls or 6 Rhodes Texas™ Rolls, thawed to room temperature
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Topping:
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • dash of salt
  • 2 tablespoons cold butter
  • Glaze:
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or almond flavoring
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Directions

  • Spray counter lightly with non stick cooking spray.
  • Combine rolls and roll into a 12-inch circle.
  • Place on a sprayed 12-inch pizza pan.
  • Brush dough with melted butter.
  • Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the butter.
  • Combine dry topping ingredients well and cut in butter until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle topping over pizza.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 30 minutes.
  • Remove wrap and bake at 450°F 8-10 minutes.
  • Prepare glaze while pizza is baking by combining glaze ingredients.
  • Remove pizza from oven and let cool a few minutes.
  • Drizzle with glaze and serve warm.
