CINNAMON HONEY SPREAD

- 1 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 cup honey
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Beat until light and fluffy. DO NOT OVERMIX.
- Store covered in refrigerator up to 3 weeks. Allow to soften slightly before serving.
- About 1-1/2 cups.
