CINNAMON PEACHES

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, halved with pitts removed
  • 4 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp butter, quartered
  • Cinnamon

Directions

  • 2 ripe peaches, halved with pitts removed
  • 4 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp butter, quartered
  • Cinnamon
  • DIRECTIONS
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Prepare shallow baking dish (I used a pie pan)
  • Halve peaches, and using a melon baller or spoon remove red fleshy part of peaches.
  • Fill each peach with 1/8 Tbsp butter, 1 Tbsp brown sugar and top with several dashes of cinnamon.
  • Bake 15 minutes until peaches are warm and sugar melted.
  • Serve warm.
