- 1 Egg White with 1 Tablespoon Water
- 1 Pound Pecans
- 1 Cup Sugar
- Dash Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add nuts and mix well, until all nuts are coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Add nuts, and stir around until coated well. Place in single layer on baking sheet, and bake for 25 minutes, stirring half way through. Watch carefully.
